NOMINATION AND APPLICATION PROCESS

To nominate your students you just need to send their first and last name, field of study, study period and e-mail address to[email protected]
Nominated students will be provided with further guidance about the application process. They need to submit the following documents:
Application form for exchange or ERASMUS students(signed by the student and the responsible contact person at your University)
Personal data sheet (CV)
(online)Learning Agreement(signed by the student and the responsible contact person at your University)
Confirmation of application for a room in our student residence

Please note that incomplete applications will not be processed.
(ONLINE) LEARNING AGREEMENT
Your students will find all offered courses of their favoured study programme directly in the section Program Structure of each Bachelor's or Master's degree programme.
If you already have implemented the Online Learning Agreement at your institution, please make your students use that option instead of the pdf document linked above. Make sure, that your students put the right contact details of the responsible person at the receiving institution (ECTS coordinator) according to the school of their chosen study programme. You can find the corresponding contact list here.
In any case please do not use outdated course lists in order to accelerate the recognition of the Learning Agreements by the responsible ECTS coordinator and to avoid unnecessary correction runs.
The following study programmes are taught fully in English:
All exchange students need to apply for a room in our student residence on campus as part of their application for an exchange semester at HOST. Thus, a room will be reserved for every exchange student. After the student got his/her Letter of Acceptance the accomodation manager will contact the student with further information about the arrangement.
Hereyou find our semester calendars. It is recommended that your students attend the International Welcome Week taking place at least one week before the lectures start.
