第一輪通知及征文通告
合肥學(xué)院,、安徽省科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì),、安徽省環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì),、德國(guó)羅斯托克大學(xué),、哥廷根應(yīng)用科學(xué)大學(xué)等分別于2006年5月,,2008年6月和2010年5月在中國(guó)安徽省合肥市成功舉辦了三屆“環(huán)境技術(shù)與知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化國(guó)際會(huì)議” (英文名:“International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer),。大會(huì)邀請(qǐng)過(guò)世界知名學(xué)者奧地利里奧本礦山大學(xué)Karl E.Lorber教授,、德國(guó)慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué)再生資源功能研究中心主任Martin Faulstich教授,、德國(guó)羅斯托克大學(xué)Michael Nelles 教授,、德國(guó)德累斯頓工業(yè)大學(xué)的Bernd Bilitewski教授,美國(guó)辛辛那提大學(xué)Makram T. Suidan教授,,以及歐盟駐北京辦事處,、GTZ駐北京辦事處和來(lái)自德國(guó)、奧地利的相關(guān)企業(yè)和專家,,來(lái)自亞洲的韓國(guó),、泰國(guó)、越南,,以及國(guó)內(nèi)中國(guó)科技大學(xué),、南京大學(xué)、同濟(jì)大學(xué)和中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)等高校的著名學(xué)者教授都做了主題發(fā)言,,獲得了很好的學(xué)術(shù)影響,。三次會(huì)議都出版了論文集,,其中第二屆和第三屆會(huì)議論文集的全部論文收錄于EI(和CPCI)。
在總結(jié)前三屆會(huì)議的經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,,經(jīng)過(guò)協(xié)商決定由合肥學(xué)院,、安徽省科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)、安徽省省環(huán)境科學(xué)學(xué)會(huì),、德國(guó)羅斯托克大學(xué),、德國(guó)哥廷根應(yīng)用科學(xué)大學(xué)、美國(guó)北卡羅來(lái)納州立大學(xué)聯(lián)合舉辦“第四屆環(huán)境技術(shù)及知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化國(guó)際會(huì)議” (英文名:“4th International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer” (4th ICET),。本次會(huì)議定于2012年5月24-25日在中國(guó)安徽省合肥市舉行,。會(huì)議將秉承前三屆的會(huì)議宗旨,繼續(xù)為國(guó)際環(huán)境技術(shù)及知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化提供發(fā)展平臺(tái),,同時(shí)進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展環(huán)境技術(shù)在工程領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,,將為廣大專家、學(xué)者和企業(yè)提供更為廣泛的交流機(jī)會(huì),。
會(huì)議主題如下:

二,、固體廢棄物管理與處置
三,、水資源的利用和廢水處理
四、再生能源的研究

組委會(huì)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行征文活動(dòng),,歡迎從事環(huán)境保護(hù)領(lǐng)域的政府官員,、教育、科研和企業(yè)界人士積極參加,,踴躍投稿,。本次會(huì)議論文將收編成集,繼續(xù)申請(qǐng)EI或CPCI檢索收錄,。參會(huì)論文請(qǐng)通過(guò)電子郵件形式發(fā)往[email protected]呈交,。稿件要求一律用英文撰寫,格式見附件,。

“4th International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer (4th ICET)”
First Announcement and Call for papers
The “International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer” (ICET) has been successfully held for three sessions in May 2006 and June 2008 and May 2010 at Hefei University, Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference included several keynote lectures presented by well-known scholars such as Prof. Karl E. Lorber from Montan University of Leoben, Prof. Martin Faulstich, Dean of Research Centre for Recycling Resource at Technical University of Munich, Prof. Michael Nelles from Rostock University, Prof. Bernd Bilitewski from Technical University of Deresden and Prof. Makram T. Suidan from University of Cincinnati. Many other scientists, researchers and engineers from enterprises and institutions in Austria, Germany, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam presented their work in the conference. Chinese scholars from University of Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University, Tongji University and other institutions also gave research presentations in the conferences. ICET has made a great influence in the fields of environmental technology and knowledge transfer between Asia and Europe. The conference proceedings have been published and the proceedings for the 2nd and 3rd ICET were indexed by EI( or CPCI).
Based on the experience of the three successful conferences, we would like to continue the conference and expand the coverage. The “4th International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer”(4th ICET) will be held on May 24th and 25th, 2012, in Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference will be jointly organized by Anhui Association for Science and Technology, Anhui Environment Science and Technology Society, Hefei University, Rostock university, HAWK Hildesheim/ Holzminden/ Goettingen and North Carolina State University.

All presented papers will be published in conference proceedings which will be indexed by EI or CPCI.
