個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介:博士,講師,安徽省管理學(xué)會(huì)理事,長(zhǎng)期從事內(nèi)部控制、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)及管理等方面的研究。已在《International Journal of Human Resource Management》、《Journal of Systems Science and Complexity》、《外國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理》等國(guó)內(nèi)外權(quán)威期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文8篇,其中Ambidextrous leadership and TMT-member ambidextrous behavior: the role of TMT behavioral integration and TMT risk propensity已被引用56次。主持省級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),校級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),校級(jí)教研項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)、參編“十三五”省級(jí)規(guī)劃教材1本,參與建設(shè)省級(jí)特色專(zhuān)業(yè)1個(gè)。
